For the past 12 months Fifth Dimension has been implementing ISO27001 standard to help guide and support our data security.  As our managed services partner, Platform24 has been an integral part of that journey in implementing and managing processes that are ISO27001 compatible for all aspects of our IT system, in establishing the necessary feedback and reporting systems required to support ISO27001, and in providing relevant information to the company engaged to implement the ISO27001 standard and to the external auditing company.  Feedback from both these entities was that the service provided by Platform24 was as good as they have seen in terms of its quality and completeness, resulting in an effective, robust and secure IT system – and that the Platform24 senior staff demonstrated a strong understanding of our IT system and what was required to ensure that we are ISO27001 compliant.  During the process to implement ISO27001, Platform24 staff were always readily available to assist, answer questions and provide advice where necessary.  More broadly, for the past 12 years, Platform24 have been instrumental in supporting Fifth Dimension’s increasingly sophisticated IT and data security requirements to support the growth of business to and increasing demands of enterprise level clients across all sectors, particularly the banking and finance sector.
