Managed IT service is Proactive support, systems are always up to date, actively scanned for security breaches and monitored 24/7. Managed support means we don’t wait for things to break before addressing a problem and often can fix it before users are even aware one exists.
Our helpdesk hours are Mon-Fri 8.30 am -5.30pm but our monitoring services never sleep.
We generally answer calls within 2 rings and where possible action tickets straight away. Where support email tickets are sent in we will respond within a few minutes and contact you to start work at a convenient time.
