Platform 24 is a proactive IT Support partner based in Sydney that specialise in hardware, software, maintenance, support and administration. Through our partnerships with some of Australia’s best vendors and suppliers along with maintaining your direct network we can also advise on supporting services such as Internet and Telephony.
As a company we started out servicing the needs of small businesses throughout the Inner West and Sydney CBD where full time IT support couldn’t be justified. While these companies were small we were able to provide a broad level of technical expertise allowing them to grow and use their IT systems efficiently. As our business grew we expanded our team and today Platform 24 is able to provide a lot more than just your average break-fix support.
Platform 24 now have the flexibility to meet the IT Support needs of businesses large and small. We offer a full set up of services from the installation of hardware to establishing networks and implementing high level security measures. As well as implementing our recommended systems we can also take over support of pre-existing systems and both will be covered by our proactive support approach moving you away from the costs and uncertainty of a break-fix solution.

Our Sydney location allows us to easily support our clients who are mainly located around the Inner West, Sydney CBD, North Sydney and Northern Beaches. Our remote support services allow us to also manage client sites across Australia including Melbourne and Perth with full coverage internationally also.
